Ingredients

  • 30ml freshly brewed Vasthare Espresso
  • 1 scoop of premium vanilla gelato
  • Ice, crystalline and abundant

Method

Brew a fresh shot of espresso, allowing the deep aroma of Vasthare’s Arabica to permeate the room. Meanwhile, place one generous scoop of vanilla gelato into a cocktail shaker, followed by ice—plenty to chill but not dilute.

Pour the hot espresso over the gelato, watching as the warmth melts its creamy edges. Then, with intention, shake vigorously. The collision of cold and heat creates a thick, frothy blend, while the sound of ice against metal becomes a soothing rhythm.
